Yep the same old nordic God of Thunders.
A melee guy with a hammer.
Lot of health
2 move
Moderate attack
Abilities

• Summon lightning. just as elephant trample. Damage to surrounding ground troops

• Heal moderate heal . He is Immortal.

Speed 3
And looks SUPER COOL

Well itd be quite strange to add mythological creatures but we have orcs already in so i don think itd be much of a problem

Idk if we need a god in map editor, or else it'll be so op no one is going to use it. Just like uncle sam. If we are going to have a god then it'll be indestructible because of the weapons and armor our soldiers in AoS are equipped. Swords, hammers, spears, bows and arrows will not be enough to damage a god of war imo.

That's the fact. Thor is immortal only in Asgard. He is now at Aos land and immortality deems healing power. C'mon we have a lot of incredible hp heroes in map editor. I was inspired by one of the Aos mp player who is not in forums. I also has ideas about Odin valkyrie and loki. Maybe an Asgard campaign similar to heir to the throne.

Common this guy has no mythical powers. All he has is an thunder expression like how healers heal life back. If you are so concerened we can try with a tesla coil instead of a hammer or a jackhammer to deal area damage

God of Thunders in battlefield with a super cool jackhammer with tesla. If Odin knows it, Thor will be thrown away from Asgard.

Well thats an AoF easter egg so that the players would get hyped up for AoF so technically there arent magical beings for map editor that wasnt an easter egg well except for mr.cookie which is clearly magical so still no to magic as map editor unit

Well, The reason of Fun and map editor units btw is for fun, silly things, campaigns etc. We even have Cannon elephant who doesn't exist irl but in game it is a useful elephant unit in sieges. They are just made for FUN E.g. Uncle sam, Shadow warriors, Trainee and gaelic map editor units ( e.g. Obelix, Gaul villager ).

Wait there's no such thing as an orc pikeman in AOF. Only goblin spiker, goblin spearman and goblin halbridier.

Yeah , i have currently made 6 maps ready for campaign. I am working on triggers and units. So the campaign name is Asgard, you could imagine how badly i want Thor in it.

And short thunder sound in ogg format.

And not even named heroes, but more of a template - like existing ones.

But still - it's only map editor unit. If some concept of campaign/map requires or is better with some specific unit added and someone provides required images - I can add it. Just to support map creators.

Yeah i have played and still playing AoF but not much, and i am also pleased to add thor,but i thing a new race should be introduced called Mythical. And right now, i really want Thor in my new 11 maps i have prepared for a new campaign called Asgard.

.ogg file i couldn't managed to get , yet
Well need to be shorter, much shorter, right?
Or i would have to synthesize a new audio file. So anyone can help me find one

.json could be same as elephant stomp for ability. So guess you could implement it soon.
