Re: Advanced Necromancy
This seems like a pretty good idea to help undead recycle troops. Also, if all undead get a "release" spell to sacrifice themselves to spawn a corpse it would go a long way towards giving undead some interchangeable parts.

Re: Advanced Necromancy
The idea isn't bad but I think that 20% might be a bit too high, especially if you are on a very lucky streak.
Also this is pretty powerful (also considering that you can easily use it to go far beyond population limit) so 4 turns cost it is very low.
I would go for cost 10. About the % chance I'd go for a 5% or 10% at most.

Re: Advanced Necromancy
Cost 10 feels impractical. It's better to leave it at cost 8 and percentage can remain 5%.

Re: Advanced Necromancy
How about cost 8 and chance 10 instead?

Re: Advanced Necromancy
Might be better to go with 6%?
This spell boosts the capability of primarily skeleton based armies. You are bound to have many casualties on counter attacks and ordinary attacks. Then those corpses can be resurrected to make 5% as many corpses as last time. Factor in production and the death of your enemies. You have more bones.
Cost 8 keeps it far from early game, and 5% means it won't get overused to make overwhelming numbers.

Ok i'm setting it as finalized. We need Daniel's opinion to know if that can be done.

Yes but that is not a great issue since it is just a tech
