Thank you for contacting Permission Requests at Electronic Arts. This permissionrequests@ea.com email address is for inquiries requesting permission to use EA materials for publication, school presentations, film/television, social media, tournaments or other purposes.
If you are seeking permission to use game footage on YouTube and other video sharing sites, please note that EA does not object to fair uses of video footage or screenshots on video sharing websites, including on channels that are monetized, as long as the footage or screenshots are from a version of the game that we have released to the public. Because of the large number of video-related requests we receive, we are not able to grant specific approvals or respond to all follow-up inquiries related to video sharing websites. EA reserves the right to address any inappropriate use of EA content on video sharing websites.
For all other permission requests, EA will respond shortly.
Thank you,
Permission Requests Team

Hello Daniel,
Thank you for your interest in Electronic Arts Inc. EA appreciates the passion that players like you have for our games, and we’re always excited to see the creativity that comes from our community. While we appreciate your enthusiasm for our Command & Conquer: Red Alert game, we are unable to authorize your request to use our copyrighted Red Alert assets to create a mobile game. We greatly respect our fans and hope this response does not diminish your interest in our games. We wish you the best of luck with your endeavors.
Kind regards,
LC

Thanks!

Yeah, better to keep C&C died and inactive than do something interesting or just let fans work on it
In my view C&C universe is much more interesting and it has more deep storyline than Star Wars. And I don't say that SW is bad.
SW is very good, but C&C - better. It would be much bette if Disney could buy C&C too

One copyright question:
If i ever want to make a campaign whose storyline is copied from some game, but not character appearances, but same names, is that considered copyright?

I am, indeed, a big Witch King and Middle Earth fan if you didn't notice.
