Put here any ideas, suggestions about redesigning unit/building graphics.

My idea is that when you put a canon in a transport truck the gun looks like it's being pulled.

Pretty much impossible to achieve.
Unit can change it's graphics only when it's empty/occupied by any unit.
Or when unit itself changes by transformation effect (like siege machines mode change).
So graphic change could only represent general empty/not empty carrier unit or ability to have cannons on it would need to be removed and specially designed transformayion effect requiring cannon beside be added, that changes to unit with lesser carry cap. And additionally reverse effect to summon cannon back (which would not retain all temporary parameters, like hp).
But second option would need graphics for each such unit variant carried like that, so it's very bad idea.
Apart of possibility of implementing something like that there is also important question if it should.
Wagon unit is a representation of military transport - it can be a block of few or even more than ten wagons with some physical workers attending animals, that pull it, drivers. Probably all wagons covered by at least some cloth.
So some enemy, looking at it won't know what is really inside - is it a groups of warriors or a cannon or ballista?
Only somebody that would really close to it and know how to look for information know.
Thus ability to see inside carriers is given to spies, assassins etc. only.
This aspect is also part of game balance.
