Missionaries and Healers both have 20% convert possibility (50% if you have persuasion).
But i thought that healers should have a better convert. possibility?
Also in the description of the missionary, it says that missionaries can heal less and that their convert possibility is lower....

Re: Converting
Missionaries heal less but have same conversion with less conversion range
Re: Converting ANSWERED
That 50% persuasion rate seems so high. Makes them op , mass them and just steel your opponents army.
Re: Converting ANSWERED
No, it really is not OP. The catapults have less of a chance to miss, but they miss quite often. If you are having troubles with people converting your units:
1) focus on killing their converting units. Missionaries and Healers are rather weak and their range is much smaller than many units
2) you can invent the loyalty tech (in the upgrade section)

Or
You could build not convertable units (like hussars).
Or
Use COOLguy's tip
