Suggestion...
I think its kinda unfair for US to count when it can be used on service since US only entered in 1942 and the fact that some german seems to be counted based on production.
So I think Long tom artillery should be available in first industry.

i think the english version of the 240mm gun was only used after ww2

Btw, the nerf in 7.2 in Howitzer should have been just one of the two but not both.
It's either -1 range or +1 cost. Both are way more punishing.
