New spells feature could be added: CHG_RANGE_BY_ABILITY_RANGE_MULTIPLY/CHG_RANGE_BY_ABILITY_RANGE_ADD, this should be companied by "abilityRange" feature in statsheets

IS_EFFECT_RANGE_ABSOLUTE or IS_EFFECT_RANGE_IS_RANGE_ATTACK spec is used.
Why would you need to multiply range? Some example?

Multiplying range of ability by spell power is dangerous.
In aof example:
We have there set spell power between 2-6.
For example spell has base range 2 (range 1 is useless since it will be just based on spell power instead of spell range). Weakest casters with spell power 2 will already have spell range for this one 4. And when maxed strongest casters will get spell range 12.
If spell range will be 4 than when maxed those casters will have 24 spell range for that.
Spell range itself also can be modified — via techs as in aof already in or via abilities which is planned in aof.
So why this one is needed i do not get.
For abilities unaffected by spell power? But that will make them too powerful range-wise.
In aof i do not see any reason to use this variant of ability range at all since it is ridicilously hard to balance.
