This would allow for some cannons and anti air cannons to shoot twice in one turn.
It basically makes guns reload faster IRL.

It would have a chance to not work on every turn but when it does u get two or more shots with a cannon or anti air flak.

In IRL it could effect everything with a one shot cannon its pretty much a tool that helps the loader do their job better without hurting themselves by closing their hand in the breach I think

I agree maybe not the flak 88 but everything else. Or to decrease the chance of it getting to shoot twice 2x more than other guns.
