China, or more specifically, its landlords, ROC, PRC, Xibei San Ma, etc. played a significant role in the Asia-Pacific Theater of WW2. Even before WW2, the Sino-Japanese war had been raging for years which and will continue taking millions of lives.

currently I would see them for the map editor section.
if we have more units you could add them as support units for a specific nation.
china e.g. as support for russia, finland for the germany, canada for usa or GB
