I dont think this is required as the increase due to blacksmith research is clearly specified in unit stats Yeah, but only after research. If the game has unit stat screen it should give all info. After all if there are already icons where the unit can be build why not also state which research it ...

You are right COOLguy. It was an overstatement.
Hussar has it's niche, just for me centurion is better fit - I use him more often (pikeman killing knights without the need for tower/archer shot before is really nice).

Is it possible to do in 25 turns? I tend to march all units given to north, west and east (up to a river) to destroy factories in as few turns as possible and focus on building port and workers. Tried already switching from workers to ornithopters at 2,3 and 4 workers, but they are only good at dest...

TheBluePhoenix's right. Now it is longer to build and has 1 less armor (meaning 5 attacks from non-upgraded knight not 6). He is still better than hussar, but it's not op.

Adding some kind of indicator for all units, stating if and which blacksmith research improves unit. It could also clarify which type of damage unit has. Do you realize that lowering it's pierce armor to 8 changes only balista, tie fighter and maybe fire archer damage against it? Fully upgraded crossbowman has 8 attack, adv. warship - 9. It's still 1 damage. And these two, from what I remember, are strongest shooters. It's mostly a flavor to stop bat...

So is everyone agreeing with:
1. Correction of trebuchet bonus against heavy catapult (from 1000% to 60%)
2. Lowering battering ram pierce armor to 8-10
3. Raising balista range to 6.

I was doing that map yesterday - the best way seems to be charging right into enemy conserving only pikemen to bring down as many horse archers as they can. About heavy knight hp - sorry - my mistake. Although I agree with almost everything you write. I actually don't really use hussar just knight and lancers ( sometimes light cavalry and elephants and others rarely), because heavy versions make these units best. But old stats of centurion made spamming...

3. Well, I agree that balista now could have some uses, but when you have area damage it's just too weak compared to catapult and it still needs 6 turn research to build. Or rather it's use is easily replaced by other units. In most cases 5 archers (5*2 is like 6 + 4 turns) does better job. Anyway w...

3. That would make it a killing machine in some situations - let's see what others think about it.
