Unused Knights

Well, I made a knight, but I'm not sure what unit it could be used for, so I'll post it here.

Salve Sciurus :)

Your mounted knight looks like it should be a charger. I wonder if it's possible to simulate the effect of a horse and rider at full tilt...

Possibly apply bonus attack depending on how far moved in that turn, so, lower base attack than normal cavalry, (but with similar boni Vs foot, archers etc), but with a + 33% if moved from 3 squares away, and 50% if goes the full 5 squares.
Maybe one of you tech wizards could say if it's possible, to do that, but I can't tell the difference between my elbow and my ASCII...I'm afraid I'm just a caveman who enjoys fighting :D

Haha, good to see you here.
Unfortunately I think I read somewhere on the forum that a charge bonus similar to what you suggested would be currently impossible :cry:
However I dont know anything about the programming side of this game so maybe that has changed since then, or wouldn't be too difficult to implement

Those are 64x64 though, so cant be used for AoS
