New mercenarie: Balearic Slinger IMPLEMENTED

longbow is a 3 turns unit so the 2nd tier is similar to a 3d tier of a 2 turns unit in terms of mercenaries...
since slinger is a 2 turns unit and has no 3rd tier upgrade the mercenary unit should be stronger to that 2nd tier upgrade

I am worried that this unit will become so strong it'll be overused since it is a 2 turn stronger master slinger.

reduce the trns for leaving could balance it, actually is annoying that when u need it, it leaves...
