It would replace dwarf Clerics/healers as a unit
For the most part.
Remember this unit affected by blacksmith
Which in total gets 7/7 armor and 16 attack in total on top of having heal and strengthen
And you wanna give it range is crazy.
Not only that but that means some of those holy units for humans would also need range.
I favor dwarves but Its powerful enough as it is

I think Templars had SR 100 though.
Increase to the equivalent, then it's good for Dwarven quality.
