AI using blacksmith upgrades IMPLEMENTED

Notice they don't use this but it's in AOS. Blacksmith is a big deal with humans So for AI to use would make it more challenging

I could put it in the production and make it have a higher chance of being made. Just like I did with the Scaledfolk tech.

Can the rate chance be the same as AOS? To prevent AI from making too many. Scalefolk tech not sure what you mean unless your talking about the armored tech?

I think thst the AI should be set to have always at least a tech in production (if possible).

yes, just working on ai a little
now i set that it will invent any tech in "PEACE" territories, so will not start techs right in the middle of a battle.

maybe this also can get in if i figure out how to implement it "general way"

Peace territories. Nice, the ai will be able to adjust production by distance to enemies.

May I suggest faster units have a higher weight in such areas as well? It's easier to get cavalry to the front from far away than, say, a cave troll with only speed 2, or even speed 3 infantry, which would be better made in the front areas due to faster production.
Currently residing at the local ninja academy. I'm still watching though.
