Simpler version:
Cost 4
Range 3
Armor 0/7
Dodge melee and counter 0%
Dodge ranged 30%
Poisoned weapon and stealth are passive effects, not active.
Bonus is 50% vs archers
Immune to fire, immune to poison
Now it's a unique skirmisher that's effective against anything thanks to decent power and poison. Immunity to status based damage and high pierce armor, plus dodge ranged means your opponent will have to hit in melee to kill.

Alright, at least make poison a passive effect. I'd rather not have to balance 2 self buff spells with short duration.
