Ok, can you make this look good, but without changing the size? Well, you can make it higher or increase the size of the guns. The point is for it not get over second tile (64px in height) with its base, so that it won't appear to be on land when next to land tiles in water.
Also, please make the guns point to the right again.

The last image you showed will fit into 64x64 frames only if you remove waves or make the length of the ship smaller.

Please dont change the image size. It is meant to be 128 px high, BUT the base of the ship cant get over the 64 px height. You dont need to do anything about the size anyway, just polish the attached image so that it looks good.

Good. I also tried to draw houses, but I do not understand well how the buildings of the future should look, and I am also bad at drawing.

They look pretty interesting. Could probably be improved, but honestly we do have a plently of buildings anyway, so lets focus on other things.

Looks good, but the guns are bugging me. I think they are very irregular in shape? Idk, maybe I'm being picky here.

I'm not sure if @Anchar has time rn, but this is a request for anyone who feels up the task.
The two images I attached are old ones from AoWw, but we are using them. We need them to be remade into some sci-fi version. I recommend you try to base them new ones on the old ones, especially the bridge - it will be complety fine just changing the colours, texture and maybe adding some sci-fi details. The tc might require a proper redrawing tho.

It would be nice if it was diffrent, but we can make do with a common design.
Btw I Stratego offered to search for some images online and see if theres anything free and fitting, but its always better to have our own asset if we have time.

It looks like some kind of capsule, although the image is clearly much better compared to my paltry attempts at drawing buildings. In general, I am now a fan of the game Perimeter, is it possible to draw the city as a flying pyramid (or not flying)? Or is it possible to make something like a flying platform with a dome under which the city is located?

Its is possible I guess, I dont think flying tcs are a good idea. I mean, it would be a bit wierd for them to be captured by ground units? Also tcs are very common, I think that, even in sci-fi, that flying buildings are rather unusual.
A ground pyramid seems a bit wierd to me too, but I guess it could be a single building. Rather a bit shorter than what staratego sent.
Also what do you mean youre not a fan of this games "peremiter"? I think the meaning got lost in translation.

So this would be a building? I feel like the orginal intention was a teleporter, but our games scale would make it a building I guess.
