1.016: new content

HotFix:Handgrenade crash is fixed
Change:Several warships are capable of carrying helicopters too
Change:Some grenades could also cause suppression to affected units, while others could be thrown from and towards inside the carriers too
Change:Area bombing, nuclear weapons, and ballistic missiles would now affect all units inside the target unit. These abilities including bombing abilities, however, can be counter attacked now.
Change:Flatcars are now able to transport tanks too
Change:M1A2 Abrams is slightly cheaper
Change:Attack power of BMP-3 is significantly increased but its actions per turn has been decreased
