SP. Unit Range Adjustment!!

Self propelled artillery:

Should Somovent da 90 53 and Somovent da 47 32 have ranged attack since they are self propelled artillery?

The ideas below are changes suggested for rebalancing. These changes should be safe to implement.

Rebalancing:
Semovente da 47/32 has 7km range. Current ingame range is 1. Suggested range is 2.
Semovente da 75/18 has 9.5km range. Current ingame range is 3.
Semovente da 75/34 has 12.5km range. Currently not ingame yet.

- Move (ingame) Semovente da 105/25 to artillery section and classified it as self propelled artillery.

- SU-122 has 11.8km range. Current ingame range is 4. Suggested reduction of range to 2-3, increase damage by 3.

- KV-2 has 12.4km range. Ingame range is 4. Suggested reduction of range to 2.

- M12 GMC is in Russia Artillery Section in "Help-> Units". US unit not supposed to be in Russia Section.

Somovent da 149 40 has 23 km range. Current ingame damage is 8. Suggested 12 -15. Or increase damage bonus against all units.
T92 Howitzer Motor Carriage has 23 km range. Not ingame, Suggested to be similar to Somovent da 149 40.
Naval 12cm SPG (japan) has unknown range, possible contender for 5 range unit like the Somovent da 149 40 and T92 HMC.

GMC:
M12 GMC has approx 20km range. Current in game is 5 range and 16 damage. Suggested damage nerf to 13 damage and 4 range.
M40 GMC has 23km range. Not currently ingame. Suggested to be 18 damage and 5 range.
