cost of prototypes and real units

since we have a lot of units also the prototypes as well as only sketches, in order to distinguish them we want to make the prototypes and sketch units one or two rounds more expensive

i think no one will train them if they are "probably" worse than the non-prototype ones, and will be more costy... will not be trained at all imho

idea: what if we make prototype tanks be "unique" meaning only one can be produced, but way cheaper than tanks in similar power.
eg. the new M7 tank could be only 3 turn cost (cheaper than normal 4 turn medum tanks, or even 2 turn?)
but unique: so only one can be trained per player.
what u think?
