Clone power on castles IMPLEMENTED

If you use clone power on a castle (under construction when i did it), it would spawn a castle that's overlapping partially with the first one.

It also summons a completely constructed castle, which seems a bit exploitable.

Clone spell is by far most overpowered gem spell, indeed.
Not sure how should we edit it though.

The balance part aside, please fix the UI issues. The cloned castle is overlapping with the first one on 3 tiles.

I think i will make it not usable on any building

Let us not make it that drastical.
Not usable only on mega buildings and factories.

Among buildings — walls, towers and tcs.
And also it is still usable on units.
