AOW generals +IMG
hello,l have a suggestion.l think adding generals like guardian ,Patton,Montgomery, arnold and etc can be a great idea. they give morale to their units and they have their own special skills.l have seen many turn based world war games that they have generals that makes the game more interesting(like easy tech games).

for example we can assign generals in any missions (we can buy them with gold in upgrades)every generals has their own unique health,range,speed and attack points when commanding for example tanks(that is something like glory of generals game).or you can add this ability for us to add generals in the mission that we want to create in map editor and the player that wants to play our mission can not assign generals in the game and he/she can just control the general or generals in the mission to win.

they were many generals in the world war ,but you can just add the famous generals.

I guess they can just work like stronger officers of sort. Same general idea but stronger stat wise and wider aura effects.
Support the new project set in the 1850s to the 1930s.

yes and unique to the player.
but i still have no exact suggestions, i mean in this form eg:
General Patton:
- trainable only 1 for the player
- US and Allies can train it only
- visually looks like a jeep with some general marking on it
- can occupy building
- cost 6
- it is fast, 6 speed unit, same stats as jeep except hp*1.5
- it gives +2 speed to all armored tank units in a 5 range aura.
like these, this is just an example with random values, so listing all generals having its own special features, giving its own special buffs to units.

but i thought images could be like a "jeep"
if they are humanoid figures we can not give them 5 or 6 speed in game, that would be needed - and frankly on battlefield they were in fast moving jeeps not on their foot.

like lets say, Charles de Gaulle of France would have given +20 armor to infantry and 10 for tanks?
Why not increase the range to 6-8 double the officer. If the one the game will use is a famous general then from what i know, most of them leads an army and i think that having only 5 kinda doesnt look like they are leading a whole army. Since there can only be one then i think this can still be ok for a 6-8 unit.
also takin this unit out is still easy becaue of low HP and bonuses of other units so i think its fine for now.

Can we add the Generals is jeep also in foot? Because in battlefield sometimes general commanding without vehicles.we can produce 2 generals in jeep and one specific general every nation (except Allies and Axis faction)

l think recruiting generals isn't logical.and we just should put generals in map editor and a player can just control generals in a mission and he/she can not recruit general .

Well, I kinda can agree.
But for the one who will add them, there might be no point for him to do so?
But if he's ok with it, then maybe instead of famous generals. We can have just a general General which would be weaker than the famous ones. And that is going to be the one who will be added to the game.

Its better to make all generals Recruitable because every war campaign Generals and officers are always there, all war theaters

Also we can have mutiple eg. US generals so the other can buff the other things here was earlier.

I think De Gaulle as the leader of France should have better aura.
And I definitely want that mending bonus because France is known to have focused on defence.
I think multiple auras are nice but ok.
Cost difference is nice but it would be nice if every nation will have that varied costs option if the multiple named generals is allowed.
