Mind controlled units on bridges

Issue: mind controlled unit on a bridge caanot move, attack, or be targeted.
Observed in multiplayer game 'Warlock'.
Insectoid soldier located on a hridge was taken by reptilian mind control.

Wait, mind conversion can target units on bridges? I thought I disabled converting inside carriers. You can't convert a unit in a tc, right?

I have not used MC myself. I have only observed this. I am in a game with BushwickBill and he had captured several units, including some roach transports. He can provide more info.
MC is very difficult to defend against, as insectoid tanks do not henefit from minder based defenses. The most effective defense has been to spam bunkers and hide inside.
