Water patrol speeder IMPLEMENTED

A small speeder equiped with a small heavy laser gun. It has stats like the normal speed + bonus to the small, non-combat vehicles (scout car, speeder, also transports without any heavy armor) and perhaps transport ships and also can't capture tcs and 2 cost as well.
Sounds useless? Don't think so, that allows you to easily defend your shores (or other normally unreachable terrain) from hover transports and transport ships with just a 2 cost unit. As long as you have air superiority that is... I mean there is a hovering emp with I think 4 cost but there are better things to spend those 2 turns on.

Here it is, It does have 2 frontal guns, and an armed alpha in the back seat.

Looks great, only I'm not sure if it's not too big. I will compare with other vehicles.

No problem. Same size as scout, but just bumped front for the guns and back for extra seat.

Well it's the size of the tanks and walking machines length wise.
