Reason is it was done incorrectly
Dwarven walls armor is 20 while P.armor 4
Similar thing happened to gate

I guess I misunderstood, anyways it was my fault for making the mistake and I sent the fixed version, but stratego isn't responding to any email so I don't know how long till he implements it
