siege weapons (catapults, trebuchet and battering ram) become avaiable.

This is unnnecessary since i think the humans already have finely detailed techs.

I think this was for the orcs, because they need a technology to build siege equipment.

they are not so clever to build siege equipment. they take a big tree and hit the gates

(there is such unit already)
