Plane maneuver ability!

What if for 2 turns you could make fighter planes and fighter bombers invincible to flak It would lower attack and speed, but raise Hp.
A thousand may fall at your side,
And ten thousand at your right hand;
But it shall not come near you.
Only with your eyes shall you look,
And see the reward of the wicked.

No. And if people want this then dodge chance would be the best.
I am, indeed, a big Witch King and Middle Earth fan if you didn't notice.

Dodge is the same as this.

You look! This is the same as the dodge thing, just this has a visual ability to go along with it. And yes bombers are exempt, though fighter bombers would have this ability also.

Uh...you do realise even with manevuers planes were hit, right? It was just smaller chance they get hit that's all.

Let's just make a technology that increases a plane's dodge chance, and call it "Skilled Maneuvering" or something along those lines.
I say this partly because of the fact that the game is running awfully high on units and awfully low on Techs to be researched.

Just make it increase odds of dodging.

You "hit the nail on the head" when it comes to a tech for this ability. I believe that there should be two techs. I also think we should have a "Ace" Tech.

1. Basic maneuvering 75% hit chance.
cost: 5
speed: -3
attack: -5
cool down: 2, lasts 1 turn

"Basic maneuvering" Tech stats do not add to the "Advanced maneuvering."

2. Advanced maneuvering 50% hit chance.
cost: 7
speed: -5
attack: -3
cool down: 4, lasts 3 turns

3. Ace (Unlock with "Basic maneuvering" Tech)
cost: 7
Decreases hit chance by 10%
Decreases cool down by 1.
A thousand may fall at your side,

And see the reward of the wicked.
