Wait wasn't this a ranged unit? Why in infantry?
Muskeeter is in the game so you can see it's stats.
I am, indeed, a big Witch King and Middle Earth fan if you didn't notice.

It would be similar to the nirmal archer (arquebusier) and longblwman (musketeer)

Speed 4 for infantry definately no.

Musketeer has next stats:
Hp - 15
Attack - 8
Range - 6
Armor - 2/0
Speed - 3
Sight - 5
trainable at archery range only.

Balance this unit around musketeer.

Damage is very low those are his final stats? If then

Hp: 17
Attack: 11
Range: 3
Armor: 2
Speed: 3
Sight: 5
Armor piercing: 2

Just a suggestion. This unit will deal on normal armour rather than pierce armour.

Now arqebusier and musketeer look too similar. Highen the stick which holds the musket to about musketeer's face height.
