Attack: 8 bonus on infantries
Armor/P.armor=0/0
Ability:Mount, Dismount
Can capture Tcs while dismounted.
Penalty in snow tiles
Can move on forest tiles without penalty.
Infantries have bonus against the mounted one.
Can't get bonus armor in capturable buildings.
Dismounted stats
Cost:3 turns
Hp: 42
Speed:3
Attack: 8

They ARE slower already in dismounted form than in mounted.

They have same hp as normal infantry (russian). No need to lower hp.

Sorry I have not been able to get on aoww since a bug report. These stats look good to me however we need a balance for this unit, I suggest the WW1 American horse riders. Or Roosevelt's "Rough Riders" of the Spanish american war.

1. Lower speed on snow maps.
2. No abilities to deal good damage to tanks and such
3. Can't build anything (while regular infantry can and russian ones can build for example pontoon bridges with 2 hp and good armors (so it takes 2 shots to destroy it but medium and heavy tanks still insta kill it) for 1 turn for example)
4. Higher cost - 3 turns.
5. Need to dismount before capturing tc.
That is in comparing with regular 2 turn soviet rifle infantry.

Others didn't have cavalry but for example germans must have better vehicles with lower cost that soviets.
