And also we can have it that Money courier will speed up the process. But it would train one unit instead of two. Or you want it to make it 3 carry capacity.

No i think that 2 carry capacity is just enough but to actually make it work you can't put only 1 unit inside - instead you need to put there 2 units who will train each other.
One turn unit in first slot will gain armor and in second slot damage and next turn vice versa.

Is this building conscidered as factory or as tower?
I suggest that this building is concidered as factory or even as castle-type. because if it will be as tower you can just spam it and get 2 turns after +1 attack and +1/+1 defence to units.
so to prevent this i suggest to make this building counting as a factory/castle.

It could be a castle type, that would be nice to make instead of a castle but I'm pretty sure it will be Factory.

There's a reason zurgo has to actually fight to get upgraded. You can't hide it in safety where your opponent can't recognize and eliminate the threat. There's also a reason it starts out rather small. You're talking imperial knights and drake knights getting left in here. A rather absurd idea, honestly, since this could give them such high armor values as to be invincible. Especially with lifelink.
Try instead making it give an aura for +1 attack and +1/+1 armor in radius 4, as a tower. It gives more +1s overall, but not stacking on the same unit.

No. i thought about taking only regular infantry and their upgrades.
Regular swordmen/pikemen.
No cavalry, no imperials, no mounted units.
If unit gets upgrade (from barracks) than they loose all their training bonuses.

Yes and you also must decide upgrade them before training or without upgrades (excluding blacksmith) because they need to begin their training again after getting better equipment.
