Cost: 4-5
Range:4
Attack:8-10
Hp: 8

I think it should have a longer range, not lower. Also /5 turns seems a bit too high for that damage output (a fast archer make 2x5 attack and cost 3)

I would make one of 3 things:

1) normal archer range but higher damage (8/10) and cost 3

2) longer archer range and normal damage (cost 3/4)

3) longer range and higher damage (8/10) and cost 4/5

Example for case 3:
Cost: 5
Hp: 20
Attack 8
Range 8

very good stats, 8 ranges and 7 attacks feel better! :)

same cost to human Longbowman,it's cost 4

Cost 4 with those stats i think
It is better than a fast archer that has cost 3. Even tough the damage is slightly lower it would deal more to armored enemies and it has a good +2 rang compared to it.

Also raise hp a bit (like 15)
