maybe 4 turns, hidden in forest; cannot found with towers, watchtowers,fortress,castle, and other active shooting structures.
Can kill mounted units, can defense himself from arrows, not too defensive, not 100% can defense himself.

I think it is much too expensive for a "levy."
A levy is practically the lowest level of recruitment. However, the stats may be cool for something else (not a levy).
Also, the images are a good start, but could definately use some work imo.

They trained in forest,hidden places....Living in small scattered
groups, they are often dominated by other
ethnic groups, and forced to serve in their
armies. These capable but unenthusiastic
warriors fight in loose formation with spears and
shields. Useful in support, they shouldn't be
relied upon for the main line.
