Advanced warship - IMPLEMENTED

So when you research the upgrade, and you have workers assembling unfinished warships when the upgrade is finished, the warship (normal) turns into an advanced warship.
Now at this point you may be thinking 'get to the point already!'
I shall happily oblige
The unassembled warships remain 'under contruction' but when they turn advanced, they are able to move!
Bug? Or is this ship with a half assembled hull seaworthy?

Thats what happens when you don't build your warships at a proper port. Can't say your mother didn't warn ya 'bout that. 1/10 would not build again.
The day is coming when a single carrot, freshly observed, will set off a revolution.
