Goblin archer balancing - IMPLEMENTED
Goblin archer is almost useless as it is... its range is ridiculous and its fail rate is way to high (he hits about 1 time every 10 ). I suggest increasing its range by 1 and removing its fail chance (it's a nonsense, it is still an archer, not a siege weapon, orcs are like a tribal society and also real world tribes were able to make accurates bows).
Also he isn't affected by the goblin shout tech.

Btw... if the fail rate is speed based will make useless the main purpose if the unit: fighting flying units. Flying units are mostly faster than land units...

fail rate: it is 20% now i have reduced it to 10% (per enemy speed).
and got bonus against all flying units (meaning will always hit)
and fixed goblin tech
up on server in 10 minutes.

Sorry Daniel but 10%*enemy speed means that he has a 40% fail against any elf... that means that you roughly miss 4 times on 10 on a simple infantry unit...
Why don't you make it 5%*enemy speed then? Or a straight 20%?

Orcs should not use orc archer against elf archers.

And against eleven infantry? Come on, elves archers have no fail chance, longer range, faster movement. Why should not goblin archers hit a simple elf that stand in front of him? If you put him in the goblin range you are bad at using the elf archers...
Elf archers are already way better units without the goblin being unanle to hit them with a high chance...

- and if u create a new random game and build a new archer and invent goblin shout it wont apply to orc archers.

Yes. New game and latest version.
Btw against human archers the fail rate would be 30% (it's not low at all) can you try them with 5%*speed? I think that a 15% fail against a swordman is fair enough.

I can confirm that goblin shout now apply to the goblin archer

Goblin archer has no real purpose for fighting land units and it deal a liw damage to flying units. Being a unit you make only against flying enemies it should have a much higher bonus against them (like spearmen against cavalry).

To make goblin archer useful we need to increase bonus against dragon and give bonus against casters (removing miss chance against them), also bringing range to 5 would help...
