Moskva-class

I would like to propose a new class of ship, the Moscow helicopter carrier, the Russians designed them to have a vessel that would compete against the French Joan of Arc class. These classes, in addition to the mission of transporting helicopters, also had the role of crusader and were equipped with anti-ship missiles and the Moscow class could have as a special ability the metel missile and the production of the kamov ka 25 helicopter.
