I think many civs struggle a lot destroying it due to lack of long range siege

Dwarven mega:
That is what mega building is supposed to be.
I do not plan to nerf it but to buff others.

I think the answer to this one is rather obvious from both responses quoted. The problem isn't dwarf mega, it's ranged siege. We need to update siege to be better for all races, then make the rest of the megas on similar level.

ok than we can:
- we can give ranged siege to races that do not have ranged siege yet - so new units (do we have such case?)
- we can adjust bonsues agasint mega buildings on existing ranged siege units

Yes to both. Scalefolk need one, and we already planned to adjust bonuses so ranged siege actually shines compared to units that aren't proper siege.

ok, we can do that, this mean
- 1 new scaledfolk unit
- and some existing ones (i think about 1-2 per race) can have better bonus against megas.
