US and Paratroopers(Suggestion and somewhat bug report)

Post by Vanish_The_Void »

The United States has been well connected to airborne troopers since world war two.
US Paratroopers exist in game
C-47s, C-130s, C-5s, and C-17s exist
I'd like to suggest
US can produce both the C-47 Paratrooper unit(For some reason only the french can) and it's paratroopers(Separately).
While also giving paratroopers the ability to disembark cargo planes mid air(I don't know how it would be implemented and I'm sure it'd be hard to balance, but I think it would allow fun strategies and missions).

I think Russians need para units too. They've already have vehicles that are designed for airdrop(such as NONA and ASU-85),but they can't be airdroped in game.

Airdropped vehicles might be a bit much but yea it would make sense the Russians who also are well connected with airborne operations(Though more known for helicopter operations) would also get paratroopers
Seeing the American airdropped armored units get more use would be cool aswell, M551s, M56s, ect.
Overall I think airborne units would make certain map types and missions more fun
