offline multiplayer

Post by jalewolt711 »

Local Multiplayer means that the game can be played offline, and you can played it either as a co-op game (a.k.a your other player is helping you), or as your opponents. Its connect directly to each other wirelessly, allowing you to play together in private matches even if there is no internet connection or local wifi available. I hope you add this soon as possible because you can have fun with your friends without internet connection.

You can play hotseat matches already in Skirmish mode... not sure if that's what you mean.
Green is the correct color, other colors are "less correct".

Maybe that might be possible in the future in the Unity version, since stratego intends for its multiplayer to be p2p, so doing that would be a bit more feasible, but I have no clue of how hard it would be to do that, so I wouldn't expect that feature anytime soon.

Also, can't you just create a private match and tell your friends the password? Or is internet access there a problem and that's why you need something this specific?
