carriers have this:
"trnCanCarryThese":{"categories":["AND(", "U_AIR_UNITS", "NOT", "U_JET", "NOT", "U_PLANES_SEAPLANE", "NOT", "U_PLANES_NO_AIRCARRIER", ")"]},
meaning they can carry all planes that are not Jet planes and not seaplanes and are not in "Not on Air-carrier" ("U_PLANES_NO_AIRCARRIER")
please tell me all planes that should get the "U_PLANES_NO_AIRCARRIER" category and (jets and seaplanes do not need it as they are already excluded)
also all of these categories can be read in statsheets so you can see if any of the planes have no proper category set (eg. being jet or seaplane or "Not on Air-carrier")
