How do you calculate for the maneuverability value?

I'm quite surprised when I saw it in XLS because isn't it impossible that a jet have higher maneuverability than a prop plane?

Unfortunately, this value cannot be calculated.
It is an assumed value based on reports from pilots and estimates in the wiki, assuming that the more advanced the aircraft are, the better maneuverability they have.
Roll rates and curve radius are not taken into account there
