Enemy waypoints IMPLEMENTED

Post by Detros »

I can see enemy waypoints. Just on few units, though, probably duneix is just not using them too much.

One can sometimes see where workers can build. And one used to see where in fog enemy units can go but now it seems to be hidden.
But not waypoints. Did I miss it all this time? Or is it a new thing? If the second, then is it a feature or bug?

I can confirm this. Never thought much about it because nobody uses waypoints for any fine movement, unless using orc dragons.

I am using it for the movement only in some PVE missions.
In multiuplayer, though, I am used to place waypoints as marks of where to go or what to do there. Or rather what to ponder next turn.

maybe there could be a notepad ingame for writing strategy for next turn :)
or signposts like
"attack here"
"build here castle"
"there is an elephant in this TC"
:)

Nice idea. I don't suppose we could get the ai to respond to such notes, like "build a castle here" or else "move this unit here"

Also, notes like this can be seen by allies, to help coordinate efforts.
