Catapults under construction...but able to move IMPLEMENTED

Hi !

I noticed a bug:
When a catapult is being built by workers, it cannot move. But if the research heavy catapult is completed, then it can moves, even if the construction is not completed :)

Yes, this is a bug with ships being built as well I have noticed. (warship being built, get advanced warship upgrade, warship being built becomes a ship with half health).

It is kind of a cheap loophole, because you can start building like 10 catapults or something the turn before you get heavy catapult, and you get a bunch of free 1 hp heavy cats. :lol:

the fix is up on server in 20 minutes.

before fix these were saved and the new unit was altered ny old values:
- HP value if unit was injured/under construction.
- isUnderConstruction
- IsDisabled

and now these are also set to prev. value.
- reminedMovement
- remainedActions

please feedback me if it is working fine.

If your alefleet is made up of half built ships, then that explains quite a bit.... :P
