Massive walls & masonry - IMPLEMENTED

Hi everyone,

Maybe this bug has already been reported but I haven't seen anything :

I take an example, it's easier than explaining :
. You are building a fortress and are almost over (90/100 for ex)
. Then you discover masonry
. You fortress under construction is penalized, at 90/150. Which means instead of finishing it in 1turn, you need 2 or 3 more.

This bug has to be tested again but I noticed it in my last game (same with castle and, I guess, with every constructions)

This bug was attempted to be fixed, but it never was properly. I agree it is very annoying.... :?
The day is coming when a single carrot, freshly observed, will set off a revolution.
