I don't like concept of unit itself.
"More tanky battering ram with ranged attack as well"

Current battering ram is already hard take down.

Lower current HP and attack power? Should that balance it out a bit, that way the other battering ram still has its use ( maybe lower bonuses a little )

For unit that has more than 10 p.armor no.
I don't like idea of unit with ranged attack and high (or even worse - ridicilously absurdly high) p.armor.
And this one also can carry units.

Put it behind your tanky units and your enemy won't be able to take it down at all.

Nono. Ram must be MELEE ONLY with such amounts of p.armor.
Even 2 range is not good for balancing.

It will burn down quickly and any units with massive amounts of damage can bring it down easily. Especially the Orcs, Imperial, Phantoms, Highborn, dwarf.

Now these stats are much better.
Last complain - remove bonus to cavalry and change building to warfell academy for now. Lower cost to 6 turns.

As for "Ram" ability: can target only buildings, deals 40 damage (300% bonus to mega buildings)

2 @Lynx Shafir - this has a cannon that shoots.

No siege for fort. it is already full of units it trains.
Siege is for Warfell magic academy

Palace yes.
But this building is legendary.

Fort is regular on the other hand.
Also we need more content for Warfell magic academy. And because if not count Palace siege is for Warfell magic academy only.

As for stats of this fearsome siege of human engeneering genious:
Arcane Catapult:
Cost - 7 turns, requires "Ballistics" tech to be researched first. Vurable to fire.
Hp - 40
Attack - 45; 100% accuracy (no miss chance)
Range - 8
Power range - 1 (gains +1 from "Area damage" research); Same as catapult's damage distribution: 100%/50%/25% to first target/units in range 1/units in range 2 from it.
Armor - 1
P. Armor - 8
Speed - 2
Sight - 10
Trainable at: Warfell Magic Academy, Royal Palace. CAN'T be constructed by workers.
100% bonus to towers and walls, 400% bonus to Mega buildings
Abilities:
Arcane Blast: Fireball-like ability, deals 25 damage to all affected units, no appiled effect. Range - 7, no cooldown (basically it is alnernative to normal attack)

Now definately second.

Third can be used for abandoned fort tc-like tower sturcture (it is immune to damage but units inside are taking damage, doesn't allow construction for additional factories and castles, can't produce anything) that will add armor to units inside and heal them.

I'm guessing any buildings that won't have a role could be considered neutral decoration units for Warfell.

Description: Born in the Western Northern Islands of Mistshore. He was trained to be blacksmith at a young age but soon enough he realize he could do more than instead of creating blades. Eventually he found himself under a apprenticeship of a dwarven mason in Warfell. Soon enough he became one of the best mason in Warfell.
These stats will be better for elite worker. Can be trained many times.

He is elite worker, not unique.
2 actions, higher health, has armor, spell immune.
