Bounty Hunter — REJECTED

This special soldier can get you extra rewards (Maybe speeding training) by killing enemy soldiers that have been troublesome to your faction.

What about simply spawn a money courier when killing an enemy which cost is 6 or higher?

How about cost 5 or higher? Would make momey couriers a bit more useful
