Maybe you are right. My idea is demigods should be among the strongest units i.e. they will have a chance against the strongest units in 1 on 1 encounter. The strongest units are:
Ettin: 100 HP, 20 power, 2 range, 3 armor, 3 pierce armor, 4 speed, 6 sight, 2/2 action/turn, 50% spell resistance
Orc king: 70 HP, 30 power, range 2, 5 armor, 5 pierce armor, 3 speed, 6 sight, 1/1 a/t, 1 power range, 50% s r
Ent warrior: 120 HP, 15 power, 1 range, 2 armor, 8 pierce armor, 2 speed, 4 sight, 1/1 a/t, 0% s r
Skeletal dragon: 80 HP, 18 power, 1range , 1 armor, 1 p a, 4 speed, 5 sight, 1/1 a/t, 0% s a
Green dragon: 80 HP, 22 power, 1 range, 2 armor, 2 p a, 5 speed, 6 sight, 1/1 a/t, 0% s a
Cave troll: 90 HP, 30 power, 1 range, 6 armor, 4 p a, 2 speed, 3 sight, 1/1 a/t, 0% s r

Will it be able to face these in 1 on 1? And I wanted it to have just one high ability to make these units unique among strongest units which have several high abilities.

I guess that's good too But we need to increase its health.

Better but the Damage iS TOO MUCH! Decrease it to 25, 25, or 30 damage.

Thanks but won't it be much weaker than Ettin, Orc king, Cave troll, Ent warrior etc then? I will decrease the armors if needed.

A demi god for each race
A legend unit for each race

Kinda made a duplicate on accident

Not exactly.
Legend unit is really powerful but still killable with right units. They are balanced and not overpowered still. Somewhere a bit above hero level they are.
Also i didn't rejected your idea of legendary units in general. We just need to think about their legendary units more careful.

Demigod on the other hand is extremly powerful in one of stats (90 damage? Seriously?!) and weak in others. Not balanced, overpowered, and also i don't like name for them.

Ah, ok. I think ill come back to this topic to balance this out. And maybe suggest a new name like High Entity

As for legendary units: they must be even less generic than unique ones.
Not another "mage" or "hero".
Emperor of kobolds can be only one - there can't be 2 emperors.
Something like that is for others.
I have some concepts (Like Lich king-like from warcraft for undeads) but i need to test newest features for other races first.
