if it has 1 attack it would be exactly the same (4 tun unit will be again 4 turn to build - so actually it skips one turn of "decrement"

but whatever :)

Let me take a slightly different approach here

Cost 4
Hp 10
Power 0
Armor 0
Speed 4
Stealth
Spell: sabotage (cooldown​ 3, inflicts disrupt status on target factory in range 3)

The sabotage status prevents a building from attacking and production countdown for 2 turns.

Effectively, one of these can prevent a single factory from producing 2 turns out of 3. At least until it gets caught. The status is pretty distinctive, so it isn't likely an opponent will let it go without rushing a scout to the area to find and kill the spectre. Also useful for disabling a critical defensive building for a moment as you attack.
Currently residing at the local ninja academy. I'm still watching though.

Only against units that unit has no bonus to.
For example Dwarf Rifleman (current one) never can hit any target you set exept ones which are in the list. And those ones will be hit for 100% regardless of miss chance and dodge ranged chance.

This is bound in the mechanic because otherwise troll headhunters would be against elves the ultimate unit (especially master ones with 50% dodge ranged). But at least fire archers could hit them with 100%.

The image reminds me strongly of Phantom units
If will be stealth unit don't needs armor,
Neither in stats nor in apparence.

Some hipnosys skill would be good.

Ok, so is capable fighter too.
Still I think needs some change on armor may darken a bit.
And a dark mist as legs. (change weapon angle so can see its "legs")
Glowing eyes..

Its currently too similar to phantom. Imho

Lol he has no legs he is a wraith. It might resemble phantom a bit but they are easy enough to differentiate.

Can we give this some other abilities of uses too? The shade can sabotage as well remember and only for 2 cost, maybe having an aura that stops all enemy production or giving it some other style uses (like making it an assassin) would make it more useful for undead and more worth the cost.

Basically keep ability and give it the assassin instant kill attack as a side so if gets spotted or something it has the option to kill at least 1 target.

Bumping this back up, personally I think one of the Undeads strengths should be stealth as well because they have ghosts which are practically see through so why not?

It would expand the usage of the crypt by adding a stealth purpose to it.

Unlike elves who need to research a sub race for this job, Undead could just have it as apart of their main race.

This unit would be the first (besides the shades) of that expansion. Undead are known for sneak attacks.
