A dormitory could be a good idea, you might use it to store even more units
you could add a side effect, for example a unit that leaves the dormitory could not attack, but just move in the same turn, or that if a dorm is destroyed all the unit inside dies instantly (to avoid creating a strong defense storing plenty of units in a single tile)

My idea will make sense if anyone has ever played a multiplayer game on "reveal". Surprise is a huge part of it. You can never tell if I have an ornithopter or a catapult or anything in my towers. They are really helpful for concealing your movements as long as possible.

So my idea: have some inexpensive structures whose main purpose is to hide your troops from view. (so no build list or attack)

House - cost 2; can garrison 1 troop; hp around 25
Hall - cost 3; can garrison around 2 troops; hp at 30
Hideout (or Lair or something) - cost 3 ; like house built in the forest
Port - cost 3 or 4; built on water

How does it sound?
Thanks!

I would make them a bit more Big, i wouldn't make them if they can store the same amount of units as a fortress
I would make the house for 2 and the hall for 4, and maybe another one for 8 units (useful when you start your game in a corner and have very little room to develop your forces)

Yes, I hadn't thought of that. So what should be the stats, do you think?
Thanks!

I don't know the stats of other buildings, but they should be more or less durable as a tower (the house) as a fortress (the hall) and more (the bigger one)
Obviously theys hp cost should be in line with those of other buildings
Considering a wall costs 3 and these shouldn't become just "walls that you can enter" i think we might go for 3 for the house, 4 for the hall and 6/8 for the big one
The hideout could cost 4 and have 4 spaces because it uses the natural shelters in the forest (and it's just the nly thing you might build there)
