New tech - Zanbato/Zhan ma dao

Zanbato and Zhan ma dao were swords used respectively in japan and china, both were pretty large blades used to cut through horse legs
This improvement would allow all infantry units armed with sword to gain a bonus against cavalry

What you think about the idea?
