Battering ram upgrades IMPLEMENTED

I think that we can add battering ram upgrade. This could make battering ram more useful and players will more used it, than now.
Battering ram to heavy battering ram
Cost 6
Hp +20
Attack +2
Armor +1 ( Without p. armor. 180 p. armor more than enogh xD)
Speed +1
Carry capacity 2+1
Heavy battering ram to heavy battering ram destroyer
Cost 8
Hp +20
Attack +2
Armor +2
Power range +1
Carry capacity 3+1

Personally i think that second upgrade is not needed.
and even more for 5 turn unit with ability to move in wagons additional carry capacity and speed is waay too much.
i'll prefer a bit different stats.
Cost 8
Hp +20
Attack +2
Armor +1 ( Without p. armor. 180 p. armor more than enogh xD)
Power range +1
this would be more than enough.
and remember that they have 700% bonus to normal buildings and walls and 2500% bonus to castles.
