Hm, it seems like an infantry form of a lancer almost. I think this is a good idea, but it might need to be slightly cheaper or have high bonuses, because the stats are currently a bit weaker than the lancer, which has very similar strengths, as well as extra move.

Maybe this couod have higher bonuses than a lancer, as well as bonuses from blacksmith techs?
